Send This!: How to Use Email Lists

Katja turned her thesis about email lists into a series of zines. She conducted a study of people who use email lists for activism and figured out what works for them and what doesn't. This is zine #1 of the series. Inside is: Making information accessible, motivating subscribers to become active, relevancy, readability, dynamics and security, responding to list messages, posting links to websites, before forwarding messages, and unsubscribing.
