Griot #6/Pudd'nhead #5

A split zine between two awesome writers. Brian does Griot, and Mike does Puddn'head, and together they've made a very solid zine. Mike's side is his story of forming a high school band in small town Minnesota, and doing Operation Ivy covers, and Brian's is in part about booking shows and ignoring an email from Mike's band. The Griot side also features a story about cicadas, and an interview that Aaron of Big Hands zine did with an actual Griot named Baye Kouyate from Mali. It's good to see two writers I enjoy teaming up on a project.
