Stupor: The Math Marriage
by Steve Hughes
Stupor is a zine of short stories, told to and then subsequently and anonymously retold by the author. All of the stories have a distinctive quality, like the notable stories you share with your friends when you're catching up with each other. This issue, The Math Marriage, is named after the first story and how one woman describes marriage as a really long and complicated math problem. In Bruce Willis, a group of friends sit around trash talking celebrities when the cops burst in to raid the house for drugs. Burnt Up Neighbor is about a woman's divorce and her neighbor's house catching fire.
