Mishap #27: Special Book Issue

Ryan made this very special issue devoted to books. He asked different people the same two questions: 1. What is your favorite book? and 2. Which book(s) changed your outlook on, or direction in life? And then compiled all of those answers into this zine which reads like a set of very passionate, and quite personal book reviews. Among the beloved books are Baron in the Trees, Steal This Book, Cat's Cradle, Lord of the Rings, and Another Roadside Attraction. One reader details his love of short stories including those of Jhumpa Lahiri and Yann Martel, and another explains how reading kept their nightmares at bay. Inside this rather inauspicious cover is a treasure trove of book love.
