Fluke #9
by Matthew Thompson
Massive, megaton-ic, mastodon-ic congrats to the Fluke zine folks! Twenty years in the biz, yeah hell and pass the birthday cake. Fluke's 9th issue is packed with goodness. "Goodness" of the music variety mostly, but we also get interviews with Fluke co-founders Jason White and Steve Schmidt talkin' about... well, everything. On the music side, some of the bands reviewed, interviewed, and more or less viewed include The Body, Op Ivy, Dead Boys, Imperial Teen, and Bobby Joe Ebola and the Children MacNuggets. Other highlights include the hilarious Bullshit Wolf interview, Mike Scott's tour tips, and the end-of-zine comic pages. As always, FLUKE RULES! This is the zine that keeps on giving (and, at 20 years in, zine-ing.)
