Thankfully, the patriarchy doesn&#8217;t have the adventure department completely cornered. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To kick off Pride Month and Summer, we\u2019ve put together some of our best and favorite books about queer adventurers, because adventuring isn\u2019t just for \u201ccis-het normies\u201d (as Eli Sasche likes to call them in <em><a href=\"http:\/\/microcosm.pub\/ttbr\">True Trans Bike Rebel<\/a><\/em>). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We\u2019ve filled our list with fantastic adventures on bikes and down rivers, but also with adventures into everyday life and into the adventurer&#8217;s own, very rad, queerness. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><em>A quick note for PRIDE month.
