The East Village Inky #58

Ayun writes a delightful quarterly zine mostly about being a New York City mother and the adventures she has with her two adultish children. Hand written essays are illustrated with lots of cute diagrams. Ayun's writing is clear, fun to read, and full of keen observations about her life. Issues contain stories such as underwear shopping, her kids and their underwear, a run down of stores that she visits, riding the subway, street musicians, how to promote your zine/book project, as well as her cute drawings on every page! I really appreciated the sentiment here. There really is a lot of information presented and it's truly a great resource for parents in comparable situations.
