Ride The Lightning

John Issacson (of DIY Screenprinting fame) decided to illustrate parts of the Metallica album Ride the Lightning. Featured comics include: Fight Fire with Fire, Ride the Lightning, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Fade to Black, Trapped Under the Ice, Escape, Creeping Death, and Call of Cthulu. John's Ride the Lightning conjures up images of a young Issacson bored and scratching a Metallica logo into his desk at school. You get the feeling this album not only really resonated with him as a kid but still does today.
