Translate is a graphically pleasing punk travel diary by Ryan Hex. He opens with some morbid reflections on what he'd like to happen to his body when he dies, including be pressed into vinyl records to be given to his friends. Ryan flies to LA to see Undertow and Unbroken. He spots Iron and Wine in the airport, but is unimpressed. He discovers Mega Bus, sees Face to Face in New York, and gets home just in time to go on tour in the Rust Belt. The band Obits is interviewed, and then Ryan's off to Seattle to drink coffee and see Converge play a surprise set.
