Originally conceived a traditional tarot deck, Tarot Goblinko is an oversized, full color, hardbound, coffee-table book of the incomplete Tarot Goblinko. The original deck was interrupted by artist Sean Äaberg's massive stroke in 2018 and this book represents the completed work. The book envisions Äaberg’s unique but familiar style, evoking underground comics, old fantasy art, eye-frying psychedelics, blacklight posters, and punk rock.

Sean Äaberg was born and raised in Oakland, California. In 2000, Sean married fellow East Bay artist Katie Krause, and they started GOBLINKO after his Punk name “Goblin” as an umbrella for their projects. In 2011 Sean launched PORK Magazine to cover Rock&Roll, Weirdo Art, and Bad Ideas, going for an inclusive, big-tent approach. He lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Katie and their three kids.
