In modern progressive circles, it's all the rage to embrace your sexuality. A premium is placed on one's ability to openly discuss and examine sexual desires and orientations. Yet often absent from this discourse is a serious look at Asexuality. It's easy to misconstrue Asexuality as abnormal, to associate it with trauma, when nothing could be further from the truth. It is not a choice, a dysfunction, a lack of sex drive, or an inability to have relationships.
