You Don't Get There From Here #18
by Carrie McNinch Author
Carrie's daily autobiographical comix seem to have unintentional themes—like in this issue it seems to be saying, "The world is not as scary as it once seemed." and "There are yet opportunities for fun and relationships." She travels again to Oaxaca, Mexico and spends time with her friends, listening to music, sitting on the roof, drinking Tejate, and getting a bit of a vacation from standard living. As always, the composition and class of her art is head and shoulders above the imitators. And let us not forget that Carrie is a progenator of the autobiographical comix medium.
