eliza hill

As an intuitive guide, a body-connected trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, and an energetic life coach, eliza hill (she/her) guides in the unearthing and rewriting of beliefs, and shines light in the corners of hearts and shadows. Within her work, she has witnessed how humans are often so focused on the “story in their minds” that they miss all the unfolding happening while living in the moment. eliza sees truth in witnessing these moments, as messy in the middle is magic in the works.

Outside of work, eliza is a wife to Nicole, mom to Oakley, a loving companion to Finn (our pup) and Moshi (our cat). She is outside as much as possible, and loves tattoos, all things spiritual and magic, music (especially live music!!), laughing,  and living a beautifully full life.
