Nina Purewal's book of the same name will guide you into constructive pathways to getting out of your own way and let logical compassionate (mostly with yourself) mindfulness lead you out of any funk you find yourself in. It's really not that hard to be happy, fulfilled and guilt free, you just have to want to decide to keep the good stuff and Let That Sh*t Go! You'll be grateful you did.
