The Game of Life and How to Play It

This little book helped define the motivational / personal success genre, and has never been out of print since 1923! Drawing on Biblical examples, the author begins with, "Most people consider life a battle, but it is not a battle, it is a game." If that sentence leaves you cold, you can happily stop right there, but if it sparks something in you (and you don't develop a rash at mentions of Christianity), you may enjoy the rest of this slim volume's teachings, which mainly center around the idea that what you put out into the world is what comes back to you.
