Pizza Before We Die: An Eyewitness Account in Gaza
This is an impactful account of life and death in Gaza, a first-hand account of living through destruction, as one man’s life unravels with the destruction of his home and community. This book began as a series of Reddit posts documenting Hassan Kanafani surviving through the bombs, chemical warfare, and all that was to come and more. Three netizens started to archive and collect these posts, with the drive to have these be seen and potentially survival funds be shared with Hassan. Eventually this collection of posts reached author Yasuko Thanh, who then helped Hassan compile them for a book. The stories in here are brutal—documenting the death, the hunger, the drive to survive, and more. It is a voice from Gaza in a time where many news outlets aren’t covering the happenings anymore and where horrors are left for local journalists and civilians to document, as foreign press isn’t allowed. It contains a forward from Thanh, introducing Hassan’s experience.

While I wouldn't say I agree with all of their stances, Green Anarchy is highly provocative, and manages to ruffle all the right feathers (including the poster above who evidently must lambaste them on every issue on this site). Some of it may go over the deep end, but what do you want? Time magazine, and staid opinions?
These characters want to throw away computers, words & processed foods (cooking most likely means processing food as well, unless of course, you are throwing a molotov cocktail at some parked cars) in order to return humans back to the romantic lifestyles of gorillas. They would be better off trying to get people to build dungeons in eastern Oregon & genetically engineering things like bugbears & gelatinous cubes. Really.
