This book explores a hybridized set of culinary traditions that come together to provide some unique and delectable tastes, mixing American Southern cuisine and that of Southern India and also celebrating dishes from around the world. Most of the dishes emphasize a degree of cultures coming together and using vibrant vegetables, much of them inspired by the author’s travels around the globe. There are main courses, deserts, and many more dishes for different occasions, mealtimes, and courses. This book will ideally expand the reader’s/cook’s recipe collection and hopefully inspire them to create their own recipes that draw inspiration from many different ingredients and tastes from different cultures from around the world.
