Forest Bath Right Down This Path

On a sticky summer day, when it is too hot to do anything, Kayla suggests a forest bath. Her dad needs a little more convincing, but soon Kayla helps her dad leave his cell phone behind and they head into the forest. As the worries and distractions of the day melt away, Kayla and her father learn how to relax and enjoy the pleasure of forest bathing - and of being together.
