Sexualized Brains: Scientific Modeling of Emotional Intelligence from a Cultural Perspective

This book collects a number of scholarly articles on the question of emotional intelligence and the resulting sexualization of the brain that has posited "essential differences" in male and female brains and behaviors. Scholars from a range of dicsiplines study the cultural, political, and scientific implications of these claims that emotional intelligence is located in the brain and the legitimacy of assigning distinct emotions to the biological sexes.
