The Cut-Ups: Tattoo Flash from the Third Mind

For fans of tattoos and body art, this collection of tattoo flash from artist Brian Kelly splices and weaves motifs from the early days of tattooing into new designs. Kelly's collage technique, inspired in part by Dadaist literature, combines elements of tattoo flash into wholly new and dreamlike designs. This book grew out of Kelly's MFA thesis and represents a sample of Kelly's unique tattooing style, which he still practices at The Rose of No Man's Land tattoo studio in Berlin.
