seven different windows (as of apartment buildings or houses) filled with folks going about their isolated lives

Alone Together: Love, Grief, and Comfort in the Time of COVID-19

by Jennifer Haupt Editor

A collection of essays, poems, and interviews about love, grief, and comfort during the pandemic. With almost twenty different contributors, and profits benefiting the literary community by way of The Book Industry Charitable Foundation, this volume is a vital addition to the literature being produced about and because of the pandemic. Although it is not a particularly uplifting book, it reminds us that none of us are alone in the sadness that the last three years have brought about, and gives us reason for hope that things can ultimately get better.
