Traces
This book explores the twists and intersections of where nature and culture meet. IT looks into the role nature has played with art, through botanical inspirations, identity formation and a survey of 30 years of the author’s visual repertoire. It contains essays regarding the elements thus mentioned. In it, front and center is a view of how nature affected the creation of mediums such as watercolor and seems to be a testament to how nature and color, these with culture, and more, are in states of change and development as exemplified by 30 years of work.
