This is a cookbook ode to the might wok—showcasing it’s versatility through many recipes from many Asian countries such as China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and more! From stir-fries to dumplings and much more, the recipes in this book are of a wide variety but interestingly have been curated to contain dishes that can be made in 30 minutes or less—without sacrificing taste, health, or breaking the bank. Many of the recipes call for fresh and healthy ingredients, with many of the options being featured being vegan and vegetarian and mindful to hose with gluten and dairy allergies.
