The Many Hats of Louie the Rat

Louie, an inventive rat, creates useful hats from discarded items, such as wool, wide-brimmed, and hard hats. He creates hats for warmth, shade, and safety, but the other rats don't seem to appreciate his hats until he acts of kindness. When a crisis strikes, Louie crafts a hat that saves the entire town.
