This book was born out the passion of two Michelin star chefs, who traded in the prestige to work with their passion—barbecue. This book contains 50 recipes that pay homage or innovate BBQ, containing things like smoked meats, sauces, sides, and more. They share their expertise and knowledge that they’ve gained from different regions in the US. They’ll reach how to recreate these tastes and how they’ve innovated these to make some mouthwatering dishes.
