Author Jim Leligdon labels these as being triggered by the outside world and through his own experiences, he explores these limitations. The book is divided into seven sections: Fear, Focus, Helping Others, Holiday Help, Integrity, Leadership, and Opportunities with each section containing 4 to 6 chapters. Each chapter includes an anecdote and questions to guide you as you explore your life experiences, feelings, perspectives, and goals on your quest to address these limitations.
