This is a drawing book whose aim is to create an experience that’s relaxing that fosters creativity and is rooted in mindfulness, with exercises and engaging exercises. This book makes it clear that you neither need to be great at meditating, or drawing, or anything of the like—this book is for those to bring their perfectly imperfect selves as they are. It is coloring book with a direct focus on fostering a practice that is rooted in being in the moment, present, that explores the breath as you draw. This is a good introduction to breathwork, despite not being wholly focused on providing tons of that information to the reader on different forms and ways to practice breathwork.
