American Serial Killers: The Deadliest Years 1950-2000

by Peter Vronsky Author

Another great addition to a true-crime buff’s library, American-Serial Killers is acclaimed historian Peter Vronsky’s compilation of what he calls the “Golden Age”of American serial murder, from the 1950s to the early 2000s. The book lays out the prominent well-known cases (such as Dahmer's) and the unusual. This is a good recap for those already familiar to these cases or a good entry point for those looking to be more familiar with the era. Peter Voronsky holds a doctorate in criminal justice and the history of espionage. He is an investigative historian who has helped produce television and film true crime documentaries.
