The Mermaid in the Bathtub

An Israeli retelling of Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid, this story tells of an ordinary young man who finds a mermaid waiting for him. In order to get rid of her, he embarks on a series of water-based adventures as he tries to get rid of her. While it does get rid of her, The Mermaid in the Bathtub tells of the young man's dismay when he realizes what—and who—is really important to him.
