Oak

Author Stephen Taylor, after the tragic deaths of his mother and close friend, returned to painting and realism. While walking in Essex, England, six years ago, he discovered a 250-year-old oak tree. Over three years, he painted the tree in various weather and light conditions, day and night. The oak symbolizes endurance and this book captures that essence in finding beauty in a painful world.
