This follow-up book to the original Cats Galore continues the work of artist Susan Herbert, whose delightful reimaginings of famous artworks feature cats in iconic works of art, opera, Shakespearean plays, and movies. Herbert’s first book, The Cats Gallery of Art, was published in 1990, and her work has since appeared in numerous books. In this book, cats take over more famous masterpieces, from the fifteenth-century Très Riches Heures tapestry to the works of Claude Monet and other more recent artists.
