Macho Sluts: A Little Sister's Classic
This book was first published in 1988 and created a splash in queer circles, documenting lesbian sexuality and culture, its intersection with S&M; its release caused discourse in the queer publishing, in a time where people, even queers, had some puritanical views on female sexuality—let alone queer female sexuality. This remains a historical classic that caused uproar, especially in queer scenes, Canadian customs, and is still beloved by many queer people. This new edition, as part of a series that resurrects classics in LGBT lit. The author, since the release of the original, is now a trans man and this edition contains a new introduction from a professor of sociology and gender studies.
