Liberation Tarot Deck

With a compilation of art from over 30 artists and writers from over six countries, created over the course of four years, this deck is the final product with the theme of liberation at the forefront. With that notion in mind, this deck takes the tradition archetypes of the tarot and follows the goal of removing hierarchical cards and morphs them into cards still holding the elemental significance of the pip or major arcana card, eschewing notions of kings and queens in favor of rebels, healers, and crones. In the spirit of many predecessors, such as the Next World Tarot and the Fountain Tarot, this deck features characters and imagery of all cultures, genders, and backgrounds -- as one its primary goals.
