Chickweed: Edible Weeds and Herbalism

Born from herbalism share sessions hosted at London's Wominspace and AnarchaFeminist Kolectiv, this zine presents collectively-gathered information on identifying and preparing common plants for healing, eating, and other household uses. Featuring information about planting, harvesting, seasonality, recipes, and more (a tea-tasting chart!), this zine serves as a DIY guide to using weeds and herbs for self- and community care—recognizing the power of rest, gentleness, and good health in our work towards a better world for all. Gracefully connecting plant life with anarchist and feminist politics, Chickweed fuses knowledge, action, and intuition together in a vision for collaborative, revolutionary plant praxis.
