Shadow Healing: Aboriginal Guidance Cards (Rockpool Mini Cards)

This miniature deck engages the users intuition with a contemporary style of Aboriginal Ancestral guidance to play with the shadow self. In line with the cultural tradition it is inspired by, these cards are intended to give insight to into one’s emotional and spiritual health. It will call for users to employ some meta-cognition — that is, to think about their thinking. By providing meaningful perspective on what the user contemplates and maybe ruminates on, this could be a useful tool to look at the emotions one often avoids such as anger, jealously, grief, and other parts of one’s “shadow”.
