Indigenous Rights = Climate Justice

Celebrate people's history with this poster honoring the Sarayaku people's resistance against incursions of the Ecuadorian government, who provided military support to a private oil company drilling into indigenous homelands. After a 22-year-long battle in the courts and through peaceful protest, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights ruled in the Sarayaku's favor.
