Kamau Bell and Kate Schatz created Do The Work! in order to address critical gaps in the American national consciousness when it comes to race and racism, and to give those eager to help a way to move from asking what they can do to actually doing it. With activities, games, conversation prompts, illustrations, and comics, folks of all ages can learn about the struggle to achieve equity in a fun and interactive way, and prepare themselves to have the difficult discussions that will change hearts and minds and build consensus towards a more just future.
