Pocket Scavenger

Jumpstart your creativity with this unusual scavenger hunt in book form. As you go about your days, keep your eyes sharp to notice and pick up a leaf, a feather, a used envelope, something miniature, or with a green stain, or from the year you were born. Then back in the safety of your coziest journaling nook, apply an alteration dictated by chance: hide it, add polka dots, remove part of it, add stripes, scribble on it, fold it, make it "pretty," make it wearable, the possibilities go on. Prompts are paired with space to write about your experience, and jot down any creative ideas that come your way as you start to see and interact with the world differently.
