LA Rebellion

This poster features an image of Rodney King, between a crowd and a city skyline appearing to be on fire. This evokes the spirit of the original riots and rebellion that sparked after the beating of Rodney King, in 1992. The result of the rioting led to much injuries, arrests, and deaths but it ignited discussion on police brutality in the city of LA and nationwide, and being painted in the limelight of the media didn't help, seen as precursor to the Black Lives Matter movement that would arrive.
