powered by natural ass — August 8, 2005: This law is the essentially the same in every state, and it's about bicyclists using their own judgment about hazards in the road (of course drivers don't usually realize, since cars are the major source of danger). Still, the law won't save you and is rarely enforced - read The Art of Urban Cycling.
