When we published Ariel Gore's book F*ck Happiness, we asked the cover designer to come up with an iconic image that captures the experience of having one's emotions policed, and she submitted this brilliant design of a person holding up the corners of their big, fake smile with their two middle fingers. Says it all. Now you can wear it proudly on this enamel pin to save your actual fingers the trouble.
