Comestible: Summer 2016

The summer issue of Comestible is all about origins: focusing on where some of our favorite foods - wine, chocolate, coffee - come from. It's about reconnecting, with essays about foraging, eating naturally, using plant dyes, and the chocolate- and wine-making processes.
There are a few recipes and beautiful illustrations as well. It's calming just to pick it up.
