Randall Munroe

Randall Munroe is a cartoonist, engineer, scientific theorist, and author best known as the creator of webcomic xkcd. He was raised Quaker in Pennsylvania, graduated with a degree in physics from Christopher Newport University, and once worked as a contract roboticist and programmer for NASA. He now lives in Boston, where he writes xkcd full-time.
