Sascha Altman DuBrul

Sascha Altman DuBrul, MSW, is a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, therapist, and educator dedicated to transformative mental health practices. He co-founded The Icarus Project, a radical peer support network reimagining mental health and community care. A lead trainer at the Institute for the Development of Human Arts, Sascha previously worked at Columbia’s Center for Practice Innovations. He is the co-author of Navigating the Space Between Brilliance and Madness and Friends Make the Best Medicine and the author of Maps to the Other Side.
